Taste Testing...
So while I'm waiting to officially take the Wilton decorating classes, I have been experimenting with cake and icing flavors...this is a buttermilk cake with amaretto spice frosting :)
Shower Cake for Baby Bowen
I was asked to do a cake for a friends baby shower and was thrilled to find out she was using pink and brown for the nursery! This was so much fun to do! (Strawberry cake covered with marshmellow fondant)
A Cinderella Birthday
For her 3rd Birthday, we had a princess themed party, complete with a Cinderella Cake! Designing and actually pulling this off was a big confidence booster! Thus, my love of cake decorating was born!
